UCC Lien Search Image Notice
The Secretary of State’s Office is taking every step possible to protect personal identification information (Social Security Numbers and Federal Identification Numbers) while continuing to provide service to our customers. As part of that effort, our office has temporarily removed Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) images from the web site as they may inadvertently contain personal identification information.
While we complete the process of redacting this information, a search for a UCC image will result in the following message:
A UCC filing has been located for the name you searched. If you would like an electronic copy of the image of the UCC filing, please send an e-mail to UCCMail@sos.mo.gov. The e-mail must contain the File #, Name, and Address of the filing.
If you have questions, you may call toll free 1-866-223-6535 and select Uniform Commercial Code (Option 3).
