Invitations for Bids and Proposals
Interested vendors are invited to respond to the bid opportunities listed on this page with their screen printed copy. However, the vendors will need to contact the buyer of record as indicated on the front page of the bid document to be placed on the vendors bid list or they may register as a vendor with the State of Missouri at https://www.moolb.mo.gov/Glue/default.asp . The vendor is advised that attachments and amendments may exist to this document which provide additional information and instruction for the vendor's reference. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure that they are in possessions of all required attachments and amendments. The vendor shall not be relieved of any responsibility for performance under the contract due to the failure of the vendor to obtain copies of the attachments and amendments.
All vendors' responses MUST be submitted in sealed, hard copy form prior to the closing date and time indicated. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to be sure they are in receipt of all amendments, if any are issued.
All bid responses are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the State of Missouri. The relevant terms and conditions are included with the bid document.
